These are one of my favorite muffins to eat and make! They are so easy, and super moist. I made these for both of my kids birthdays and just added some cream cheese frosting to the top! The pumpkin replaces the oil and egg in the recipe which gives makes it slightly healthier.
Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 15 ounce can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. The batter will be pretty stiff. Spoon muffin mix into lined muffin tins.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins bounce back when you touch the top of them.
