I have always loved vegetable cream cheese, but when you buy it from the store the vegetables aren’t crunchy and you just get the taste of veggies not the texture. So I decided to make my own. This cream cheese is so fresh and full of yummy veggies you can use it on a bagel or just with some crackers. This is one of my husbands favorites and when some friends come over this is a fast dip that you can make, and it will definitely be a crowd pleaser!
- One 8oz pkg of cream cheese
- 1/2 of a carrot or a few baby carrots
- small section of a pepper, onion, and celery
Let the cream cheese become soft so that you can mix the veggies into it. You can put it in the microwave for a few seconds, just until it is soft.
Chop the veggies in the food processor and add them to the cream cheese. Use as much or as little veggies as you like and mix them into the cream cheese.
